It has emerged that Stoke have made an offer of Washington Commanders Jersey 2 million for Newcastles Senegalese international defender Abdoulaye Faye. Faye is unsettled at Newcastle and has made just 22 appearances for theclub since joining for 2.5 million from Bolton last summer.
